Where do I start? From the first phone call I had with Jen Weeks, it felt like a completely different experience than I've ever had buying a car at a dealership (or elsewhere). She was an absolute joy to speak with over the phone, and you can tell she really enjoyed taking her time getting to know you personally. Robert, the man in charge of their inventory photography and videography was also there, and he was also a pleasure to speak with. He puts in a TON of effort detailing every last inch of these cars in photos/videos online - it was honestly one of the biggest selling points for me, aside from how laid back and pleasant everyone was. Most dealers only have a handful of images on their online postings, so often times it's a roll of the dice when it comes to vehicle condition. Not so here - Robert takes photos of every inch of the cars, along with doing walk around videos. Simply put: you know exactly what you're getting every step of the way with TBAN. Expect honesty, transparency, and care like you've never experienced when buying a car. This is the polar opposite of a high-pressure, intense corporate dealership. All in all the whole process took a little over an hour, and the whole time I was there I actually WISHED I COULD STAY LONGER. Never in my life would I have expected to want to spend the entire day just chatting with people at a dealership. Just got off the phone with Mike Taliercio. He was incredibly friendly, transparent on things that may not be what I was looking for, and took the time to address every single question I sent in the email (which many have not during my search for a vehicle). I specifically needed a 2022 for EV tax credit purposes and I overlooked that their vehicle was a 2023 that AutoTrader showed me despite search filters to only show 2022s (paid ads showing things I didn't want). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move forward because of the difference in pricing without that tax credit, so I can't say anything about the purchase process, but I had an excellent interaction with Mike and he provided all of the information I needed without upsells, typical tactics, or pushing me to other vehicles. I originally sent them a request to learn more about a 2022 Mini Cooper S I was interested in. Jennifer Weeks texted me shortly and answered all of the preliminary questions I had before I came in to look at the car. When I came into the showroom I met Jennifer in person, and looked at the car I was interested in. They are very laid back and hands off during the buying process. She let me inspect the car uninterrupted and did not try to use conventional car sales tactics on me. All of the cars in the showroom are in impeccable condition. And there are some truly high end cars in that showroom. When I let her know I was interested in the car I took it for a test drive and was impressed with how good of shape the car was in mechanically. All in all the entire car buying process took about an hour and a half and they have good financing options as well as the option for extended service contracts which seem pretty reasonably priced. This business really holds up its commitment to quality high end used cars. And they do business all over the united states. They are so easy to work with and not pushy, I would recommend them to anyone interested in a car. Additionally they do some incredible detailing on the cars because when I took my car home, the rain was beading up neatly on my car suggesting a wax or ceramic coating had been done. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building, it’s a great place to buy cars.

Hello to all those that are checking TB Auto Networks and have been to other Tampa dealers and like me are disgusted with their fees and attitudes. I saw their vehicles and pricing and was leery since i had encountered several other dealers claiming the same thing. Once i inquired with those other dealers, they jacked up the price by 4 to 6 thousand on fees. Then add taxes, tags and title to go along with another processing fee of $1000 or more. I was in the market to sell my Ford F150 and buy a earlier, larger truck to haul my 5th wheel. Unfortunately, TBAN did not have anything available to purchase but, they gave me a fair offer to buy my truck. Upon expiration of my offer I still have not found anything and they kindly gave me additional time to find something without readjusting my offer. Nearly 10 days after the expiration of my my offer I finally found something that would suit my needs at a competing dealer in Lakeland (dealers name to be undisclosed until i see how they will handle an issue with the truck i purchased). Called about a 2001 Corvette Z06 on a Tuesday. Decided to move forward with the purchase on Thursday. No pressure on the sale from Jennifer in the meantime. After I committed to securing my loan, both Jennifer and Mike denied 2 others the sale of the car. They required no down payment to hold the car and kept their word by NOT selling the car out from under me. The condition of the car was exact. The paperwork was fast, accurate and complete. All phone calls and texts were returned immediately. Mike upheld his word on the shipper and when the shipper was later than I wanted for pickup, Mike canceled the shipper as promised and allowed me to fly down and drive the car back. He had an employee pick me up from the airport. Paperwork was corrected due to no shipper and taxes needing to be paid for a reciprocal state. Took 5 min and I was out. The purchase was 9 hours away for me and I owe Mike, his brother and Jennifer an aplogy: I questioned the validity of the purchase because the shipper was late. I was wrong. TAMPA BAY AUTO NETWORK turned out to be the most pinpoint and exact car purchase I have ever had in 25 car purchases. The car literally had 5, 236 miles on it....2001 Corvette Z06.
