A – Yes. In most cases our actually offers are more than the online offer, but again, we never know what we’re looking at until we see it. That being said, if your vehicle has prior bodywork, or mechanical and cosmetic issues that were not stated in your Online Appraisal, there is a chance you will receive less of an offer once the vehicle is physically appraised..
A – No. Some places will, but that’s playing a game and we don’t play it. Online offers are meant to give you somewhat of an idea of what to expect, but again, no one can properly appraise a vehicle without physically seeing it and hearing it run.
